Exchanges

If you purchased an item from apexamigoent.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size, or style, you can do so by sending us an email at sales@apexamigoent.com with your order number and what you need your items exchanged for. We will check if we have your required items and send you a return label via email. Just send us back the goods and we will ship your new item(s) out once we have received and processed your package.

1- Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, original tags/labels and packaging, no animal dander, no animal hair,

2 – BOGO Deals & Clearance Items – All Sales are final. We will allow exchanges for Size Correction. The customer will be responsible for shipping.

3 – International Shipments are final sales. We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Returns

Item(s) purchased from Apex Amigo must be returned in new and unused condition, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

There are two options for your refund.

Receive the full amount in the form of a gift card
Receive a refund to your original payment method.
Please email us at sales@apexamigoent.com with your order number and the items needed to be returned. We will email you a return shipping label.

* Only items purchased directly through apexamigoent.com will be exchanged or returned to that specific location.

* Only applies to orders shipped within the USA, UK, UAE, Raisa, Japan And Korea.
